Greetings!  As the owner of the firm and I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our site.

I began my career in Columbus, Ohio, after graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) in 1995.  My husband and I live in Austin, TX since late 2000 after he graduated from Ohio State University.  We have two wonderful teenage children; a girl and a boy.   The two decades plus of experience I have accumulated, as a corporate accountant and tax specialist, serve to benefit my clients resolving many complex issues.

My experience has been with industries in areas; such as clinics, construction, financial investment institutions, hospital and hospice management, real estates, retails, restaurants (franchisor, franchisee and individually owned), and non-profit organizations. I have been serving domestic and international small businesses as their CFOs to take care of their bookkeeping, payroll processing, payroll taxes, sales tax and annual income tax reporting and filings. I have prepared countless individuals and small businesses for profit and non-profit tax returns during the same period.  I am grateful and appreciative of the trust my clients have placed in my conscientious work to serve their needs.  I am an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent, with no restrictions to represent my clients nationwide before the Internal Revenue Services.

I typically meet my clients at their choice of locations as coordinated through email, text, phone or meet virtually on Zoom or Google meet.  Work is completed at my home office. My mission is to help you keeping paper work and documentation organized, stay in compliance with government agencies, and maximize your profitability allowing you to focus on running your business/businesses.
