Greetings, and welcome.  

 

Thank you for taking the time to visit out website. As the owner of the firm, I truly appreciate your interest and the opportunity to introduce myself.

I began my career in Columbus, Ohio, after graduating a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) in 1995. In late 2000, my husband and I relocated to Austin, Texas, following his graduation from Ohio State University (OSU).  Austin has been our home ever since, where we raised our two wonderful children, who are now young adults.

 

With more than two decades of experience as a corporate accountant and tax specialist, I have had the privilege of helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial and tax matters with confidence. My professional background spans a wide range of industries, including medical clinics, construction, financial investment institutions, hospital and hospice management, real estates, retails, restaurants (franchisors, franchisees, and independent owners), and non-profit organizations.

 

I have served as a virtual CFO for both domestic and international small businesses, providing comprehensive support in bookkeeping, payroll processing, payroll tax filings, sales and use tax compliance, and annual income tax reporting. In addition, I have  prepared numerous individual and business tax returns for both for-profit and nonprofit entities. I am deeply grateful for the trust my clients place in me and take pride in delivering careful, conscientious work tailored to their needs.  

 

I am an IRS-licensed Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent clients nationwide before the Internal Revenue Service without restrictions. 

 

​I meet with clients at their preferred location or virtually, coordinated through email, phone, text or online meetings via Zoom or Google Meet.  All work is completed from my home office. My mission is to help you stay organized, remain compliant with government regulations, and maximize profitability - so you can focus on what matters most: running your business.
