Greetings! 

 

As the owner of the firm, I want to sincerely thank you for taking the time to visit our site.

Just to give you a brief introduction; I began my career in Columbus, Ohio, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) in 1995.  In late 2000, my husband and I relocated to Austin, Texas, following his graduation from Ohio State University (OSU).  Since then, we have built a life together in Austin with our two wonderful young adult children.

 

With more than two decades of experience as a corporate accountant and tax specialist, I have had the privilege of helping clients resolve many complex financial and tax-related challenges.

My background includes working with a wide range of industries, such as clinics, construction, financial investment institutions, hospital and hospice management, real estates, retails, restaurants (franchisor, franchisee and independent ownership), and non-profit organizations. I have served as a virtual CFO for many domestic and international small businesses, handling their bookkeeping, payroll processing, payroll tax filings, sales tax, and annual income tax reporting. During this time, I have also prepared countless tax returns for individuals and small businesses, both for profit and non-profit organizations. I am incredibly grateful for the trust my clients have placed in my conscientious work to meet their needs. 

 

I am an IRS-licensed Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent clients nationwide before the Internal Revenue Service without restrictions. 

 

​I typically meet my clients at location of their choice, coordinated through email, text, phone or virtual meetings via Zoom or Google meet.  All work is completed from my home office. My mission is to help you keep your paperwork and documentation organized, stay in compliance with government regulations, and maximize your profitability - allowing you to focus on running your business.
